KARL URBAN
Licensed Massage Therapist
Karl Skyler Urban is a proud graduate of Pacific College of Health and Science. He is a firm believer in the biopsychosocial model of treatment and actively looks for opportunities to explore new ways of working with his clients based on evolving pain science and his client’s own experiences within their bodies. His integrative treatments emphasize evidence-based, soft tissue manipulation, nervous system regulation, and engaged listening, while encouraging feedback from his clients to create the most personalized session. His ultimate goal is for his clients to leave feeling refreshed and empowered about their health. Karl is also a life long theatre performer and graduated with a BFA in musical theatre from the University of Michigan in 2014. His extensive training in singing and dance give him unique insight into the way humans can rehabilitate their own bodies with the help of compassionate, hands-on care. That’s why he’s so excited to be working with LifeLight and helping other professional voice users operate at the top of their game.
